Marabel Farm is a boutique, award-winning breeder of Canadian Sport Horses and European Warmbloods such as GOV, Holsteiner, KWPN and Zangersheid. We attend yearly breed inspections and young horse testing as well as compete at hunter breeding shows and the Royal Winter Fair.
Marabel Farm proudly hosts the Marabel Farm Warmloods CSHA Summer Welcome, a yearly conformation line + performance show. This competition offers sanctioned "CSHA" classes as well as a wide selection of "Open" classes, and is held at the Ancaster Agriplex each year. This year's competition date is Sat August 22nd. The Summer Welcome offers exciting exposure for CSHA, tb, all warmblood registries, and an opportunity for Canadian Sport Ponies and Star Search ponies to qualify for The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair.
Exciting highlights of the show are the Marabel Charity Cup Classic, and the $500 OPEN Best Young Horse Championship.
At Marabel Farm, whether you wish to breed a custom foal of your own, or purchase one of our purpose-bred hunter, jumper or dressage horses, we also offer young horse board + training, competition opportunities and broodmare board + foaling-out services.
Our philosophy: to breed and ethically raise quality sport partners for all disciplines. The intent is to focus on breeding correct conformation and aptitude through proven pedigrees, producing horses with superb temperament - which for the owner/rider, characterizes dependability and longevity in the show ring.
